ON DEMAND WEBINAR | Fostering Adaptive Expertise in Pharmacy Experiential Rotations: A Primer for Preceptors

Pharmacists are navigating an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. To thrive in this environment, learners must be equipped not only with technical skills but also with the ability to adapt, innovate, and think critically when faced with uncertainty. Adaptive expertise is a guiding framework for developing pharmacists who can efficiently manage routine tasks while also responding to new and unpredictable challenges. As the demands of pharmacy practice continue to shift, fostering this balance between procedural knowledge and innovative problem-solving has never been more critical. This webinar will guide preceptors in applying practical strategies to foster adaptive expertise in their learners.
